Mil Constructions is a Melbourne based company. It was founded in April 2006 by Mike Cannington and Will Cox.

Mike and Will worked with each other for many years in various roles under the leadership of another builder until going out on their own in 2006.

Mike studied Building at RMIT and has worked for various building companies around Melbourne as an estimator, contracts administrator, and project manager. He also has a trade accreditation as a carpenter.

Will started out as an apprentice carpenter in England at the age of 15 and migrated to Australia in 2002. He is a “hands on” construction manager who runs all the site work for Mil Constructions.

Together they boast over 30 years building experience. They have learnt in their time together that the most important ingredient in a successful building project is customer satisfaction.
